Event Proposal

RPM Entertainment would like to present a wonderful package of quality service, entertainment, sound lighting and video projection. Proposals include continuous consultation, event coordination, planning of your entertainment for your wedding reception and music selections.

The mission is to help you coordinate a schedule of events for your wedding day, in effort to ease as much stress from the party to allow you, the party, to enjoy the evening as much as possible. The main goal is to make this a memorable and fun night for you and your guests.

The mentioned proposals can be customized and tailored to meet your budget and exceed your expectations. Please note these rates may and can change in respect to any further added features not mentioned in this proposal.

All our packages include:

- Professional State of the Art Audio, Video & Lighting
- At all of the receptions I DJ and MC, the entire party gets to experience the best in sound, lighting and video. I always make sure that the sound level is not overbearing, and that our lighting will not blind any of your guests or affect any of the pictures your photographer will be taking.
- Unlimited Time - I give all of our brides & grooms no time limit (within reason). The goal is to make every reception a successful one. So if yours goes 4, 5 or 6 hours, I'll gladly continue the dancing until you tell us when to play the last song of the evening.
- Special Customized CD - At the end of our receptions I give to our bride & groom a CD which includes the 1st dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, bridal party dance, as well as several other music selections you would like played throughout the evening.

Silver Package:

(2) Professional loudspeakers for high fidelity and complete sound for the entire room.

(1) Wireless microphone for all announcements needed to be made by DJ’s or Wedding party. Wireless allows for mobility of DJ and Wedding party and is great for making announcements or toasts from anywhere in the room.

Lighting Selection as provided or client’s selection.

(8) Spot lighting displays to illuminate the dance floor. These colored spotlights help create a mood for certain times of the evening as they can be used for back ground and up lighting. They can be dimmed for slower songs or during dinner, or can run in patterns for more up-beat music.
